We provide in-person personal training, online coaching. Whether you want to build muscle, lose fat, or improve strength, we’ve got you covered!

2. Where do you offer in-person training?
Our in-person sessions are available in Klabb located in Rosedale and Back Alley Barbell located at Bathurst and Dupont.

3. How does online coaching work?
Online coaching includes personalized training programs, nutritional guidance, and regular check-ins via text or video calls. You’ll receive a structured plan and ongoing support to help you stay on track.

 

4. What if I’m a beginner?
No worries! Our programs are tailored to all fitness levels – from beginners to advanced athletes. We’ll guide you step by step to ensure you progress safely and effectively.

 

5. How do I get started?

7. Do you offer payment plans?
We do not offer payment plans at this time.

 

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and online payments through Stripe

 

9. Is there a refund policy?
Refunds are not typically provided for unused sessions or cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment. Exceptions may apply for medical reasons or emergencies. Please review our [Terms and Conditions] for more details.

 

Scheduling and Cancellations

10. How do I schedule a session?
After the consultation, We will discuss a schedule moving forward. Online coaching clients receive  monthly schedules.

 

11. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
In-person sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. For online coaching, schedule adjustments can be made with 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations may result in a session charge.

 

12. Do unused sessions roll over?
Yes! If you give proper notice, unused sessions can be rescheduled. However, sessions expire after 3 months

Training and Programs

13. What equipment do I need for online coaching?
Your program is customized to match the equipment you have access to – whether that’s a full gym, home gym, or no equipment at all. I can design bodyweight workouts if needed!

 

14. How often will my program change?
Programs are typically updated every 4-6 weeks, depending on your progress. Adjustments can be made sooner if necessary.

 

15. Can you help with nutrition?
Absolutely! We provide personalized nutrition plans and offer guidance to ensure you’re fueling your body for success.

 

16. How long does it take to see results?
Results vary based on consistency, effort, and goals. Many clients start seeing progress within 4-8 weeks. We might be fixing years of bad habits and to get results that last we will need to build a stable foundation of good habits.

 

Health and Safety

17. Do I need a doctor’s clearance to start?
If you have pre-existing medical conditions, we recommend getting medical clearance before beginning any new fitness program. Your safety is our top priority.

 

18. What if I get injured during training?
Injury prevention is a core part of our programs. However, if you experience any discomfort or injury, stop immediately and contact us. We can modify your program to help with recovery.

 

Support and Communication

19. How can I contact you if I have questions?
You can reach out via email at wmhcoaching@gmail.com, through our contact form. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

 

20. How often will I have check-ins with my coach?
Online coaching clients receive weekly or bi-weekly check-ins, depending on the package. In-person clients receive feedback during each session. We will also be in regular contact through WhatsApp to make sure the program is working.

 

21. Can I message you between sessions?
Yes! We’re here to support you. Online coaching clients can contact us with questions or updates throughout the week.

 

Specialty Services

22. Do you offer training for athletes or competitions?
Yes! We specialize in strength training, muscle gain, fat loss, and competition prep for strongman, BJJ, Powerlifting and other sports.


23. Can I train with a partner?
Absolutely. Partner or small group training is available at discounted rates. Training with a buddy can help with motivation and accountability!

 

24. Do you offer corporate wellness programs?
Yes! We provide corporate fitness programs for businesses looking to improve employee health and productivity. Contact us to learn more.
